All our real estate licensing classes comply with Washington State’s requirements for pre-license training. Materials include practice tests and pop quizzes to help you prepare for the Washington State real estate licensing exam.
This pre-license real estate, live instruction course has been developed to give you everything needed to become eligible and be successful at passing the Washington State Real Estate Exam.
