Lorraine Gakin

My name is Lorraine Gakin and I am an instructor for the Gateway Real Estate Academy and I have been a Gateway Realtor/Broker for seventeen years.  My technique with teaching and helping you get a real estate license is very similar to the way I work with buyers and sellers, I am very hands-on and believe in the importance of education and two-way communication.  If there is something you do not understand, or need clarification on, or an answer for, I will provide what you need in as timely as fashion a possible.  

I come from a family of Realtors.  My Aunt has been a realtor Back East for over twenty-five years and we share strategies and goals with each other.  Regardless of how long one is in the real estate business, there is always something new to learn or teach others. My 17+ years in real estate, teaching, mentoring new agents, and doing property management of homes and homeowner associations, are all a valuable package of information and experience I bring to help you be successful in your real estate career. I believe that I succeed when I help you attain your dreams and goals.  My designations are CSP, Certified Military Relocation Specialist, Certified Real Estate Instructor, and Investor.

Our live instruction is a cozy atmosphere with a smaller number of students.  We focus on quality over quantity and class size is an important component.  With fewer students, we can focus on each of you individually and have more time for questions, etc.  We look forward to meeting you and helping you become the next Top Realtor!
